Return / Refund Policy

At The Streetwear Studio we are more than confident that you will love your order, however, we have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If the swing tag is removed from the item, it is not valid for a return or refund. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that we are not liable for sizing issues as each listing provides accurate measurements (1 - 3cm error) of the item you have purchased. Meaning we cannot return or refund an order based on size. Please also note that mystery/ build a box items are also non-refundable. Finally, we cannot offer a refund if you simply change your mind post purchase that you do not like the item you have purchase and have no genuine reason for a return.

If you have purchased from us online, the best way to start a return is to contact us at If your return is accepted, we will instruct you on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You can also bring your item directly back to us in-store (without making initial contact) and we can work out the best solution for you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time (usually a couple of days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. As we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
